💡 Captain is paid in person — cash or app (Venmo/CashApp/Zelle) directly to your captain when you arrive at the dock. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Boat, gas, ice, and floating mat are paid when you book your date.

Safety first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge or give a full refund. Light rain doesn't usually affect us — Florida weather is wild. We'll communicate with you the day-of.
